Pre-registration required at Tuttle Creek State Park office, 8am to4pm. Students receive course syllabus, manual, course locations, and home work assignments at registration. Students must attend all three class sessions to be certified. There is no charge for this course. Classroom sessions held in Manhattan, field day at Fancy Creek range, Randolph Ks.
